Introducing Leesburg Chiropractor Dr. Tige Buchanan

Being raised within a medical practice I saw patients being treated for symptoms and not the cause. That type of practice was based on sick care and this led me to pursue another avenue for patient care. As a youth I was under chiropractic care for scoliosis and realized that chiropractic care many times treated the cause and not the symptoms.
I decided to choose a career based on healthcare not sick care.
I attended the University of Miami and later received my doctorate from Life School of Chiropractic in Atlanta. I am a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and am certified in low back case management, whiplash care management, myofascial trigger point therapy and chiropractic physiological therapeutics.
Unlike some chiropractors who limit their practice to dealing with back and neck pain only, my staff and I work with an array of patients who suffer from a multitude of problems. Most importantly, we focus on the long term health and wellness of our patients. Rather than just treating symptoms or pain we concentrate on maintaining health. My objective is to maximize the life potential of our patients.
Here, you'll find that we focus on health care not sick care, we provide patients with the tools to maintain their long-term health. We are not insurance based, our programs are designed to maximize the health of our patients - not their insurance company. What we are all about is lifetime wellness. We don't want patient to end up with major health problems down the road.
Being raised in Lake County I decided this is where I wanted to establish my practice. I enjoy being near the lakes and enjoy boating with my friends and family.
I receive adjustments at least twice a week and a therapeutic massage weekly. I am on the Board of Directors and am a member at our local YMCA where I workout five to six days a week. I eat healthy, take multivitamins and drink plenty of water.
Enough about me! How can we help you with today's safe and natural chiropractic care? Give us a call so we can help you take your first step towards better health.
